The Healing Charm

Refers to the magic of Oneness or "God" within us all. Its the moment when your immersed in nature and feel like you have merged with the whole of creation; or saw your newborn child for the first time and fell in love with the entire universe.  We even have expressions for these glimpses, we say, “It took my breath away” or “Time stood still.” This is The Healing Charm, when we became one with experience.

Ram Das said, “Oneness is the source of love. Real love is the One celebrating itself as two."

Ram Das said, “Oneness is the source of love. Real love is the One celebrating itself as two."

"We’re One, we’ve always been One, we’ll always be One, until we think we are not.”

Thinking we are not one creates dis-ease and discomfort, this is where our challenges exist. When we are one but we think we are separate; we have forgotten our Oneness.

I am here to help your in-vision that you’re the whole universe; that there is no past or future, only now. To visualize there is no space or time, just an unbounded eternity. Allowing you to Imagine endless peace, harmony, and unconditional love. Bringing you to the realization that fear is an illusion and there is equality in all things. Manifesting Oneness within you is the fundamental property in my practice and is what I refer to as The Healing Charm.

“I am he, as you are he, as you are me, and we are all together.”

7 Transformations

“1. Making happiness a high priority. Versus: Coasting along with our present state of happiness and unhappiness.

2. Making sure your life has purpose and meaning. Versus: Focusing on daily practicalities, even those that seem routine and meaningless.

3. Living according to a higher vision. Versus: Living for externals like a better job, more money, a bigger house, etc.

4. Expanding your awareness in every decade of life. Versus: Viewing youth as the peak of life and old age as a dwindling decline.

5. Devoting time and attention to personal growth. Versus: Staying the same as you always were and feeling proud about it.

6. Following a sensible regimen of good diet and physical activity. Versus: Eating a diet high in sugar, fat, and calories. Promising yourself to exercise tomorrow, or next week.

7. Allowing your brain to reset by introducing downtime several times a day.”

The power of three

Could it be that there are three essences that make life whole, balanced and abundant? What would life be without the cool flow of Water? How could life flourish without the mass of earth? When would the power of fire transform the Darkness of space into brilliant light?

Water, Earth and Fire are essential parts of life that are equally important forces of creation. Life is a magnificent world of colors and shapes, expanding over a vast array of matter and time. Solemnly, do we stop to take a moment to meditate on deeper ideas that lay beneath the constant flux of feelings and emotions. Our reality is thrilling, constantly changing and if you are not aware it may seem exhausting. Awakening to these energies and incorporating them into your life can create harmony and balance.

The Healing Charm Emphasizes this idea

(Child - Moon - Present Moment - Intellect - Emotion)

(Mother - Nature - Birth - Past - Power - Feeling)

(Father - Sun - Connection - Essence - Future - Love)

"Tri" meaning three, and "Unity" meaning one

Tri+Unity = Trinity

All equally sacred and vital for our well being and equilibrium.

“To my three beautiful girls. May this give you the light to find the shadows. The power of three will set you free.”
— Patty's inscription on the Halliwell Spirit board

I describe the aspect of earth (body) as the nourishment of thy self in the physical. Honoring our temples as sacred vessels of God or Consciousness with Whole, seasonal, organic, local and unprocessed food in its natural and true form. Movement, Yoga & Dance is also a essential part of nourishing this element of our human vessel. This is an essential building ground for optimum health.

The second vital component is knowing our Purpose (mind) and being able to flow with the present moment. To be aware and conscious of growth and evolution. To fully be immersed in our surroundings while remaining mindful of all moments.

The third ever so enlightening essence of creation is spirit, the flow of love and connection. It knows no boundaries and is not limited by time and space... it is infinite. This frequency which exist within our own bodies. These intentions manifests transformation that can be felt on a fundamental level.

Art connects you with spirit, the infinite light that exists deep down in our being- the essences of creation, expansion, and experience. It helps manifest ideas and dreams of your highest well being, releasing old paradigms that no longer resonate with you.

Going back in time, art has been used as traditional method of healing, story telling, self expression, meditation and connecting us to spirit.

In fact it is now known by neurophysiology's that art, prayer, and healing all come from the same source in the body, they all are associated with similar brain wave patterns, mind body changes and they all are deeply connected in feeling and meaning. Art, prayer, and healing all take us into our inner world, the world of imagery and emotion, of visions and feelings. This journey inward into what used to be called the spirit or soul and is now called the mind, is deeply healing. For healing comes to us from within, our own healing resources are freed to allow our immune system to operate optimally and that is always how we heal. This is the contemporary version of freeing our healing energies and is now recognized to be crucial to healing. We go inward on The Creative Spiral together through art and music.

To quote Jung, an artist is “a vehicle and molder of the unconscious psychic life of mankind.” The archetypal figure of the artist is a deeper role that each of us is being asked by the universe to consciously incarnate in our personal lives as a way of being of service to both ourselves and the world around us. When I use the term “artist,” I am not using it in a traditional, limited way of meaning someone who is solely painting, drawing, or using some other particular-zed medium; this is too circumscribed and flat-land of a conception of what an artist is. When I use the term “artist” I am alluding to the fact that we are all creative, multi-dimensional visionary artists (and dreamers) whose canvas is life itself.

As more of us wake up to our true nature as creative beings, we can connect with each other and co-cooperatively create heaven on earth.

Art awakens healing, empowers spirits and brings passion and love into our outer world
